Mentoring commercial real estate professionals throughout their career arcs is a hallmark of our Principal’s commitment to her industry. She is delighted to have helped foster the professional growth of colleagues as well as many younger mentees like those lending their voices to this website, and will continue to do so going forward.
I was fortunate enough to be paired with Jeanette for a CREW Network executive mentoring program in 2012. What immediately impressed me was her ongoing high level of commitment to helping others succeed – demonstrated not only by how generous she has been with her time both during and following that program, but also by the number of women I have seen her mentor over the years.
While there are many reasons for Jeanette’s success as a mentor, I would like to highlight two factors: her communication skills and her connections.
